20 Preschool/Kindergarten Spring Time Syllable Counting Clip Cards

Practice syllable counting with these cute Spring themed clip cards! There are 20 different cards in all. Great for ages 4 to 6.

What you need:

  • PDF Printed
  • Scissors
  • Lamination Machine
  • clothes pins

Instructions:

  • Cut out each card around the dotted lines. I would suggest laminating to make them more durable and reusable. This also makes them dry erase so they can be used again and again!
  • Read or say the word. Clap with each syllable.  Click this link for a lot of fun info on teaching syllables!
  • Count the syllables.
  • Clip or mark the correct number on each card. You can either use a clothes pin to clip or you could let them mark it with a marker.
