Witch’s Brew Free Printable Counting Activity For Preschoolers
With Halloween quickly approaching, I realize I haven’t gotten half the things done I wanted to. It seems that happens quite often with the change of each season and I over plan. I happen to have a list of activities I want to get finished and uploaded as well as several obligations I need to complete. It’s a good thing and I’m buzzing with excitement over what this month holds but I also realize I need to get started. This season seems to fill be with inspiration and I am hoping it lasts for a while or at least into the new year.
Although, I would get so much more done if I wasn’t binge watching Once Upon A Time on Netflix with my girls. It’s a show that not only do I enjoy but is safe to have on while the kids are around and even helps encourage their imagination. Yes, I realize it’s an excuse to watch a show not intended for preschoolers for a change but in my defense I actually called the toilet a toilet and not a potty for the first time in 10 years. Go me! Being all adult and stuff.
And none of that is in the least bit pertaining to the post at hand which is this Witch’s Brew activity page for Preschoolers. This is a one page black and white printable activity page that involves counting and matching. At the bottom of the page is boxes filled with Halloween trinkets such as gummy bats or candy corn. The idea is to cut out the boxes and then match them to their spot in the witch’s pot. This could be used as a file folder activity by gluing an envelope on the opposite side of the file to fill with the pieces. You could add velcro to the backs of the pieces and to their corresponding spots on the pot. Or you could just let them glue them on for a one time activity.
