Table Time Look And Learn – Math Fun!
The first time I seen the Table Time Look And Learn NEW “Mostly Math” teaching tablecloth I was hooked. It was on Instagram and I have been a follower ever since. I was really excited to be able to review one on these teachable moments table cloths designed by a teacher. This educational table cloth is the perfect addition to our budding home school. It’s a versatile way of adding a little math through out the day.
During meal prep the kids can use dry erase crayons to practice different math skills together and stay busy as I rush about getting dinner ready. Designed for ages 2 – 6, my little one learns so much as the other kids are excited to show her how to do things. It’s a family activity as we discuss the different sections of the table cloth. While we eat we can use the table cloth to help her learn to keep her plate in one area by using the art as a guide.
It has all kinds of different facts from the time, months, size, math, money, and so much more (over 20 lessons) for them to explore in an adorably colorful engaging artistic way. The art is drawn by Rob Oliver, a Simpsons® illustrator and Emmy-nominated artist and really pulls the children into the math activities.
Made from PEVA, which has the feel of vinyl but contains zero harmful PVCs! This tablecloth cleans up easily with a damp cloth, and children can even write on/wipe off with Crayola® Ultra-Clean Washable Markers for more interactive fun. We also found that Crayola dry erase crayons worked very well on it too.
It fits a normal sized table and feels like a normal table cloth but doesn’t have any harmful chemicals.
