Summer Jam Session With Our Pringles® Can Drum

This family is all about music. The kids and their daddy sing on stage often and are really good. I on the other hand am mostly a car radio belter. And I may not be the best singer but I am number one at childhood embarrassment in the school car line. Either way good or bad, music makes us happy. I think that is true for everyone. Pringles® gets it. That is why they sponsored this post so that I could tell you in my own words just how much we love music and about their Summer Jam Sweepstakes!

Pringles® is a brand that knows how to rock! They are unveiling their Summer Jam event with unbelievable music content and chances for everyone to get exclusive access to their favorite artists!

With each specially marked Pringles® can you and a friend could have a chance to rock it out on a VIP experience to a Live Nation concert in the U.S. All you have to do is enter the code from your can on Pringles® website! The sweepstakes is open until 7/31/15 at 11:59 pm EST. So hurry while you have the change.

While there be sure to check out the Pringles® Percussion Prodigies videos! Real artists using Pringles® cans as instruments. You will find some awesome inspiration to make you own Pringles® can drum. We made our own Pringles® can drum and it was SO much fun!

We may have went a little over board with our drum creation. You don’t have to have anything but a Pringles® can alone to create music.

What we used to our fabulous drum set:

Five Pringles® cans
Sand (procured from the preschooler’s sand table… shhhh)
Washi Tape
Painter’s Tape

First we measured sand into each can, adding a little more to each can than the last. This helps give each can a different sound.

Than each kid was give a can to decorate and to make their own creation. They had so much fun decorating their can. (By the way, Pringles® Tortillas are highly addicting and extremely delicious. :)) We also taped the lids on.

Than we put all the cans together and used the wide painter’s tape to form a half circle shape.

And now you can watch Bub jamming it out on his new Pringles® can drum set with vocals by Lou! (No expensive drum lessons necessary.)
